Rose earrings (which I own and love) from
Pip N Stuff at
All Things Original here.
Silver cassette drop earrings from
Bianca Jones who also makes the very cool playing card earrings below
Or if you prefer gold I am as in love with the new
Alex Monroe collection
the Peacock and the Crow as I am with all his work. The
Peacock hoops would make me ears feel extra special.
Also taking inspiration from nature are
these Japanese Maple seed earrings from Patrick Irla's Jewellery shop on
etsy. All of his jewellery is stunning and well worth a look.
Lovin the peacock hoops! Great selection and totally garee with loving your ears. They don't get enough of it;)
ReplyDeleteAlex Monroe is just fabulous. His jewellery is divine, I could buy almost everything of his collections.
ReplyDeleteI love All Things Original and if I was a hoop earring girl I'd be buying the peacock earrings.
ReplyDeleteHi Emily- I know they are divine- I only got my ears pieced fairly recently so I'm still quite obsessed with them!
ReplyDeleteHi MM- me too, I think I actually would if I won the lottery- and it's all well priced considering the materials, the handcrafting etc- I think they will be future classics
Hi Joan- i agree All Things is great, they have so many things you can't find anywhere else- I'm new to hoops- I think you have to be careful but they can be lovely
How beautiful! I love Alex Monroe's designs, such lovely things. I had never heard of him until I met him on the street once, very randomly - I was with a friend and we were admiring a locked-up bicycle (which is lovely, a painstakingly restored classic old frame) and he came back to collect it and told us all about it. He said that he goes to Japan a lot with work and that was where he got all the lovely components on the bike from. When he gave us his email address to contact him for details of where to get brake levers as lovely as his from, I looked his site up when I got home... and have loved the stuff ever since! He was such a nice man too - warm and friendly and passionate about his bike!
ReplyDeleteRose earrings all the way. Delightful.
ReplyDeleteThose sycamore seeds are just fantastic! Love the feather ones too. How cute.
ReplyDeletePretty!
ReplyDeleteThe spinning jennies are the business! Truly inspired. I greatly miss a pair of hand painted wooden earrings I used to own, which were replica bottles of Marmite. Met their fate down the back of a radiator, like so many pairs have done.
ReplyDeleteJane your Alex Monroe story is fantastic! he does seem a lovely man- I met his wife at a sample sale and she was really nice
ReplyDeleteHi Savoir- I am very fond of them!
MFL- I love those two as well- anything from nature
Mystica- yes!
Hi FS- oh that's so sad! marmite jars sound so cool too
