The sweet taste of summer

Kopparberg lime and elderflower cider. That's all.

That sounds lovely. I wonder if they sell it here in the US.

Hi Jen- it's a Swedish make and I would have thought you should be able to get it in the USA. I'm a big elderflower fan in general but I like all their ciders. They sell it in Ikea here but the non- alchoholic versions only.

The thing with the US is elderflower is not well known well at least here in California it isn't.

That's a real shame. I think it's becoming more popular again here, it seems to be appearing in more and more food and drink. I make elderflower ice lollies sometimes in the summer- cheap, healthy and very tasty!

Elderflower cider?!?! Must find this!

Am a fan of St. Germain...and please, share how you make your elderflower ice lollies!

Scentscelf- yes! you must!

Elderflower ices are the easiest thing ever. They are just elderflower cordial with water put in ice lolly moulds! Use good cordial though and make the mixture strong, stronger than you would want to drink.
